240 wipers out 200 1986

'86 245 W/203KMis

I rebuilt the wiper motor - wipers worked once. No voltage at motor connector. Switch on column appears to be OK, but can't guarantee because I don't have a schematic. Understand there is a relay for the intermittent wiper function. Where is it? The relays I find near the driver's footwell are for the rear defogger and the headlights. Also, I assume that the same color leads that are at the switch will also be at the relay ... correct? Can I verify relay function w/a multimeter? What should I look for?
