timing belt changed today 200 1992

just changed the timing belt on my 92 240. Everything seems to be running just fine however I am wondering about the timing itself. All of the timing marks lined up perfectly and yet the timing marks on the crank pulling during operation are slightly off. I understand the computer controls the timing. I moved the distributor slightly seeing if this would correct the mark and it didn't. Will moving the distrubutor a little (I think I got it back to or very close to the original spot) make any difference and if so what are the recommended corrective actions?

thanks
