960 PWR seat runs on only left track, frozen right. Suggestions? 900

My '96 960 Wagon power driver seat has frozen up. Th motor turns the left track and not the right so that when you go to adjust it, just the left side will try to move (until the seat gets very twisted). I have taken off the switch panel and inspected the circuit board, which does not appear to be cracked. The switches look clean inside. Is the forward/back action controlled by a motor for EACH rail or is it just ONE motor and somehow the gears on the right are jammed up? Or is do I have a dead motor on the right? Anybody know about this?
Thanks for any input!!
