AW71 to'86M46 swap? 700

I have an '89 760T with an AW71 running about 11psi. boost. I saw an '86 740na in the yard the other day with an M46 trans.My question is would this be a decent swap (every thing from the flywheel to the trans.)to work well with this engine @ elevated boost ? Thanks in advance,B.G.
