Starla exhaust system opinions 200

My (poorly-made aftermarket) exhaust system is starting to crack
just before the center muffler. FCP Groton offers a Starla exhaust
system for $85 plus the cat.-to-header pipe for $15. Is this system
any good - will is last me another couple of years, or will it rust
out after one New Jersey winter? The current exhaust system is
welded to the cat. Can I cut off the pipe a couple inches after the
cat and clamp on to the stub?

Also, should I get new engine mounts when I do the exhaust system?
My mounts aren't broken, but they allow the engine to twist quite
a bit when shifting or accelerating, and I think that they might be
at the root of my exhaust problems. I'll go with the stock Volvo
items, because they're not that expensive, and I've heard bad things
about ScanTech's stuff.

Thanks,
-b.
