Luggage Rack on Trunk 1800

I obtained a luggage rack from one of the listees; some rust, but
I've been able to clean it up, got rid of all rust, and it's ready to
mount. Problem: I have no mounting hardware...anyone know where I
might obtain the hardware? One of the listees mentioned pictures of
hardware on a resto project, but not sure if the stuff was being
used. Any help/suggestions for finding the hardware appreciated.
