Another Post on Euro headlights '86 or later 200

It's been a few years since I've researched this issue, but here goes-

I have always hated the US DOT (Dimness Optimization Technology) spec headlamps on post '86 240s. I have a chance to buy a used set of E code headlights and turn signal assemblies (including trim pieces) for $350 plus shipping (supposedly OEM and RH drive from Europe, not the cheap aftermarkets)which I may fit in a 92' or 93' wagon. What mods need to be made to the wiring harness to accomodate the lights? Also, are there any pitfalls with these lights that I should be aware of? Can anyone suggest a good link to info on the 86-93 Euro conversion?

Thanks!
