Faint whirring sound at speed. 200

I have noticed recently that there is a faint whirring sound sometimes as I slow down... and other times when I hit about 50-55mph. It doesn't seem RPM related, since it comes on at the same speed even if the OD is on, but it does kinda go away depending on throttle pressure. I have tried shifting into neutral to listen to the sound better... but with either no throttle pressure.. or moderate throttle pressure... it goes away.

Could this be the center bearing on the driveshaft?
