Volvo Radiators

It was to save money. The early 2-series used all-metal radiators.

Replace it with a new radiator. Some do perfer the plastic/aluminum ones for faster cooling, but personally, I went the all-metal ones, as I intend to keep my cars for a while and don't want to have to deal with it again several years down the line.

3-row is something to definitely consider in hotter climates (like me in SoCal). You note Eugene, OR in your profile ... a 2-row would suffice, but then, 3-rows don't cost a whole lot more either, so.
