My Mistake... 700 1987

You are correct, Andy.

Not being familiar with '80s 7/9 cars, I went to a Haynes Manual (reluctantly). The index said "Fuel Pump"... page 103. (Not "Tank Pump" or Tank Fuel Pump".) I glanced too quickly at page 103 and 104 (the tank access photo) and based my post on that.

Going back to the Haynes just now, I see info for the "Main Pump" IS on page 105, but they didn't bother with a matching index entry for "Main Pump". Which is why I have a burning hatred of Haynes manuals. Lots of decent info but very poorly organized and frustrating to access, compared to the Bentley 240 manual.

Too bad there isn't a Bentley 700/900 manual. Thank God the Bentley 240 FI and Ignition coverage generally applies (except for Rex-Regina).
