745 Cargo area side window outside seal replacement 700

The little rubber seals that sit above the black metal trim at the bottom (outside) of the cargo area side window glass don't reach all the way to the front and back of the glass, and seem to be shrunk. Or is that shrunkended? Whatever, the driver's side one is now loose at the front and sometimes flaps in the breeze. Most unsightly on a car that otherwise looks just about like the day it rolled off of the showroom floor. Besides, water ingress is a concern. Are these parts available through someone besides Volvo ($$$), and are they easy to replace?

The ones in there now will not go back in to the things that look like clips behind the metal trim.
