flametrap revisited 200

Ok, so the jiggle test failed. I have no vacuum at the oil filler cap. Removed the flame trap, put in a new one, a new "y". even pushed a hose down into the hose going to the breather box and blew and felt my breath coming out of the oil filler hole. Blew in the small tube going to the manifold and the large one at the top of the flame trap. Nothing is obstructed.
Yet, the jiggle test still fails, and I have still have no vacuum being drawn.
Thoughts?
