Wiper motor issues. 200

My wiper motor ground to a halt the other day. So I found someone with a parts car. He showed me that it worked, key in ignition, turned wipers on, no problems. So I immediatley pull it. One hour later its installed in my car and not working. Checked fuse, ok. Made sure it was grounded. Cleaned contacts in plugs, nothing. Looked at wiper switch, rears work, sprayer works.
Any ideas on where to look or what might be happening!?
Fortunatly it hasn't been raining.
