85 Turbo Steering Wheel to 81 200

I'd like to grab the smaller steering wheel off an 85 Turbo at the boneyard and put it on my 81 non-Turbo.

Would this be a direct, "plug-and-go" switch?

What would be a reasonable price for the steering wheel?
