B18 to B20 Conversion 1800

Recently purchased a project car (1968 Volvo 1800S). Right now I am looking for different ways of getting it restored. No clue how many miles on the engine. The title (from 1986) says something like 138k ... So, one of the things I am considering is rebuilding it with an IPD street performance "upgrade" - converting the B18 to B20, I have the Weber carburetor already, and the str. perf. camshaft. Has anyone done something like that in the Twin Cities area, and would they be able to recommend someone to get the job done well?
