HELP PLEAE- MASSIVE VIBRATION ---NOT MOUNTS....... 700

1990 740 has recently developed a monster vibration. Tranny mount was bad but has been replaced. Shops have no idea what it is - possibly torque convertor or cracked torque plate. Vibration noticeable in Neutral and gets real bad when there is load. Engine seems to rev fairly high as well before shifting in first (3200 rpm) Anyone have anything similar? It will be pretty costly to go in and do RR in this area.

Thanks for your help

Jeremy
