B18 to B20 Conversion 1800

No, Noooo..... That's the hard way.
What you do is find a B20 engine somewhere (There are LOTS of them! If you
can't turn one up call Redge and Pam Lambrecht over in Long Prairie)
and bolt the cotton picker in. You can replace the cam and lifters first
if you want to. It is quicker and easier with the engine out.

With an assortment of blocks I actually installed a rebuilt B20 engine
in my 66 122 wagon from the bottom without a hoist and without removing the
hood. All by myself. It helps if you remove and install the head
with the engine mounted so what you are taking out and putting in is
a short block.
