did the jumbo brake conversion last year, put on single piston calipers, rebuilt master cylinger and braided flex lines. After 9 months the master cyliner was not giving adequette pressure as it would only grab every so often. Saturday I want back to autozone and got another to replace it. Had a volvo mechanic freind install it at the local dealer. The brakes worked great, push the pedal just a bit and they would grab great. Then I'm cruising home on the highway and traffic is slowing and I have plenty of room to slow but when I press on the brakes nothing happens accept for the pedal dropping to the floor almost under its own power. I thankfully thought quick and grabed the ebrake and stopped the car. limped it off the next ramp and into a parking lot where I tried it a few more time and the only wheel getting power is the driver rear. I got it home very slowly and took forever, got out of the car and felt each disc and the only hot one is the driver rear. The rest were cold, no heat at all and the pads smell on the working rear side. I thought the rears worked together but apparently they don't. Could there be something wrong with the dist. block or is this the master cylinder. Called the guy at az and he said it sound like a rear cylinder, told him it had rear discs and he said oh that has to be a bad master cylinger. If it is a master cylinder should I get one from the dealer instead of getting it from az? Thanks guys and gals. If my preg. wife was driving she would have gotten in a serious accident for sure. Oh, could it have something to do with plugging maybe the wrong ports when doing the jumbo conversion evens thought I did what it shows in the faq pics? JOSH
