Costco Sheepskins?

I have decided against the leather seats that I had found in the bone yard. I will stick to my cloth seats which are actally in very good condition. Would like a cover for the back of the drivers someday, it's just starting to show the miles. I found that it would have cost me about 600 to get leather ones into good shape. I was thinking that I would like to protect my seats from sunfadding and such and was wondering about the quality of Costco's sheep skins. The price seems reasonable at $35.00, but how do they hold up? Most importantly, will they actally protect my seats or will they cause odd wear? I would only want them if they did not cover the headrest, so they would have to go around it somehow, don't know about that one though.
Thank's and happy bricking.
