drive line vibe after clutch replacement-M46 700

Just replaced the clutch. After reassembly two issues.

At speed +20mph, I start getting a bad vibration from the driveline.

I had left the driveshaft together, and just dropped it down by taking off the center bearing support plate. The two piece driveshaft never came apart.

Do I have to align driveshaft with trans output flange?

Also, I'm looking at the rubber plate between output shaft of trans. and first section of driveshaft, and it doesn't look right. Not aligned correctly.

I don't remember exactly how they came apart, and I don't see any diagrams in the manual. I looked at it awhile, and thought I did it in the only way that it could go together, but I'm not sure now that it's right.

any help?

jc
