94 960 new queries...new to Volvo and no owners manual:-( 900

I'm a first time Volvo owner. Our recently purchased 1994 960 came without an ownwer's manual.

Question 1: Most of the controls are intuitive, but I'm stumped on the buttons next to the (automatic) shift knob. There are three of them, labled "W", "S" and "E". When pressed, there are some arrows that light up on the dashI'm guessing these are traction settings....but this is a pure guess. Any help is appreciated.

Question 2: I've been searching ebay for more than a month for an owners manual with no luck. Any good sources for old Volvo owners manuals?
