Harmonic Balancer... How cheap is CHEAP? 200 1987

Hello all, Well I'm going to do the timing belt and balancer. And I would like your input regarding the quality of my choices.

FCP Groton ( Scan Tech or MTC $65 ), Parts Bin ( OES $153 ) I guess OES stands for original equipment specification?

I read in the arcives that the cheap ones may need to be filed down for the crank hold tool to be used. Do the cheap ones hold up?

What would you do?

Thanks,
