I was wondering the same thing. Are the two setting really the same?
What I found was, with it set around 10 at 800 rmp's, the reading was about 30 at 1500 rpms. After I changed it to 20 at 1500 rpm's, it was at zero at 800.

I don't know if this is the result I am suppose to see but that is what it was.
