You are going to need to start with a new sunroof motor and switch. The park positions are built into the motor and are burned out and the switch you will find has melted the little plastic rollers inside of it. As far as the rest of your problem that is a really really tough one to convey in this format how to re-time and set deck height on a sunroof. You see the four gold colored screws you have in the selector gate mechanisms (two on either side)? All they are used for is to set the deck height, so if you are too low or too high you need to adjust these. However you need to time it up first and set the deck height second. Good luck
