Water pumps, who makes the best ones ? 700

I was changing my engine mounts and noticed that my water pump weep hole has a leak, and the pump is only 6 months old. I bought the pump from my Volvo dealer, and I am sort of dissapointed that it only lasted this long. Are any of the aftermarket pumps more reliable (Hepu, GMB, Graf ? )

Also, does the type of coolant make any difference. Right now I am using a 50/50 distilled water/prestone mix. I was rather surprized at the corrosion on the bolts that the leak is creating. Perhaps I should be using a different coolant too. Please advise.

Thanks,

R Duke
