Indicators suddenly not working, loud buzzing 92 240

Had the fuse go on the indicators before, but this time I am getting a loud buzzing noise I would say coming from the right side of the dash near to the center of the dash when I go to turn the indicators either way. Had to pick the route back to the house today that involved the fewest possible turns - luckily traffic was light! Had the relay for the indicators go out on the '80 a couple of years ago, no noises associated with that.

Any replies much appreciated as always.
