960 tach/speedo trim adjustment? 900 1997

Hi there
According to my OBDII reader, the rpm displayed by my tachometer is about 200 higher than the engine is actually running (shows ~900 at idle but reader shows 750). Also my speedometer reads about 3mph too high (tires are not over/undersized).
So my question is are there any adjustments that can be made to the gauges to bring them back in line? Trim screw on the back perhaps? I know it's not a big deal but it has started to bother me.
Thanks!
