The dealer still carries all the pieces. There are dealers offering parts online at significant discounts. I don't have their addresses handy however.

The one thing you might want to do is try clearing out your sunroof drains with a wire or pipe cleaner. They are in the 4 corners of the roof opening- rears are harder to get at but front drains are visible and accessible.

This is all assuming you have a factory steel crank-type sunroof. Aftermarket ones, well, best bet is to go to a shop that installs these now and see if they can offer some kind of replacement gasket.
