'79 - 244 - What Challenges...? 200 1979

I am looking at a 1979 - 244 with 4 speed O/D. The wiring is new, NO RUST, nice rims, interior straight, clutch and timing belt recently replaced. Has all of the IPD parts to replace all shocks and spring and has 150K of original miles. No body damage, but homemade paint job. Is there anything that I am missing, especially for this year model? He is asking $800. It will need new tires.

Any input will be greatly appreciated, your help has been invaluable before!
