Hey guys...I need a reference. My father's '86 240 needs an A/C job. He's in New Orleans and he's 72 yrs old. He went and spent $200 the other day for a guy at Goodyear to tell him that it would take $2500 to put in an evaporator. To me..this is outrageous. He really doesn't even drive that much anyway and the car isn't worth that much either. Hook me up with someone that works on Volvos...that won't take advantage of my Dad.
