Positive Cable Replacement/Routing 200

My current setup, from previous owner, is hokey to say the least. I've an aftermarket terminal with three wires stuffed into it, and loosely. One, of course, heads OVER the power steering hoses and down to the starter. Another leads to the junction box on the inner fender bracket. And the third leads to the 25A fuel injection fuse holder.

It works. But it can't be right, can it?? I've considered the pretty new terminal from iPd. But I don't know if all three wires will, or should, be stuffed in there. Where were these two smaller wires originally connected?

What was the original routing for the positive cable to the starter? The fuse holder is just lying there, which I don't like at all. Where was it originally mounted?

Greatly appreciate all of the fine assistance I've received on this forum, and thanks again to everyone, Brendan, Seattle, 1986 240 DL Sedan.
