94 940T fuel check valve 900

Hi all-

I have a 94 940 turbo that is slow to start. I understand it is probably a bad fuel check valve. I looked at the picture of the check valve on the RWD FAQs, and I can't find something like that on my fuel line. The only thing close would be some fittings right at the output of the fuel pump, but those go right into a 90 degree fitting. Can anybody tell me where the check valve is on my 940, and what it looks like? The nearest dealership is 2 hours away, and that Volvo franchise was just sold so they have nobody with any experience.

Thanks.
