Freaky engine 200

I have a 1986 240 with a normally aspirated b230f
My engine runs good most of the time...(strange!)
But when the outside temp rises above 30Celsius she willflood herself at start up, once started she's fine... so that'S not a big problem.

When it is rainy outside tough, she'll be hesitant un der acceleration until the engine speed is about 2500 rpm... feels like she misses spark.

Anybody has ideas of what is causing this or simply a way that will make her run good in ALL conditions?

-Thanks
