Knocking/pinging/pre ignition wowes 200 1985

I have been trying to make my 85 B230F engine run without knocking/pinging under exceleration. The knocking is from ignition when accelerating. If I put the engine in time, it will still knock/ping about 20mins into driving when hard pedal is applied during take off or as im just driveing and nail it, it knocks/pre ignites.

What else would be wrong. Do knock sencers really go bad? This problem exists even with hi test fuel in the tank.
Any and all other things to cheack out would be helpfull in this matter.
