Timing belt changed, now check engine light is on... 900 1994

OK, I'm a bonehead. I changed my timing belt with the help of the wonderful FAQ, and everything went smoothly. In order to loosen the A/C compressor, I moved the air hose aft of the air filter housing, and to do so, I had to unplug the wire bundle. Sorry I don't know the real names of those parts.

Anyways, when I got it put back together, it ran terribly. I thought for sure I had somehow gotten a tooth off or something. Take it apart, check alignment, put back together, runs like crap. Repeat 3 more times. Finally it dawns on my to plug that sensor back in. Bingo, runs great. BUT, the check engine light is now on.

Aside from being Professor Plum in the Conservatory with the Candlestick, what could this be?
