92 960 Drop-in CD player? 900

As part of the rebuilding process on my wife's 92 964, I'd like to install an in-dash CD player. She's not into a trunk mounted changer and actually prefers a single CD unit with no need to preload anything.

Is there a unit from a later 960 or other model that will install in place of the stock AM FM Tape player? I don't mind doing wiring changes, I just don't want to alter the look of the interior.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
