Idle, could it be a vaccum problem? 200 1985

Hello, I just recently pulled the intake manifold away from my engine to do breather box/flame trap, heater hose surgery. I also cleaned the throttle body but was rushed due to the girlfriend so I didn't look at the adjustment part. I disconnected the throttle, kickdown, and cruise cables to prevent them from snapping. Now when my car is in park it idles at 1000 rpm. When I put the car into gear it drops down to 800 rpm. Could this be a vaccum problem? I could have possibly ripped a vaccum line while "fixing" other things. Why would the idle be higher in park than it is in other gears? By the way my car is an 85 240 w/ auto transmission. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
