Air Conditioning dies when it gets about 92 degrees out side 900

My 96 960 air condition dies when it gets about 92 degrees outside. It will freeze my butt off until it gets about 92 degrees. I thought it may be an issue of the car running to warm and I changed thermostat, colant, hoses, and radiator. That didn't work. Any suggestions.....Chris
