240 hard start 200 1987

Hello all,

The last time I posted I had a white '85 240 wagon... it's now totaled to it's time to start over on a new-to-me 1987 240 wagon w/ automatic.

The new car seems to have less power than it should and gets low gas mileage. It idles and runs okay when it runs... but it can hell to start if it's been sitting. It used to be if I let it sit for a week it would have to turn over forever to start. Now we're down to over night. If you get it started and drive to the store it will start right up when you come out.

Suggestions?
