Collapsed Strut support 200 1982

I think it was around $300 bucks but I can't recall at the moment. I'm working now and I'll have to go into my closet at the house and look for my old folder on that car, which'll have all of the receipts and stuff in it. I live in San Diego now, and there are still 240s on the roads here (1980-1985 vintage) with no rust whatsoever. Believe it or not, there's a fair supply of original VW Beetles around too. The old beetle is practically extinct in the Northeast due to the aforementioned rust issue in my previous post. SPeaking of rust, I had an 84 245 Turbo when I was in NY that was rusted so bad you could actually see the road beneath your feet if you were unfortunate enough to be sitting in the rear, behind the front passenger's seat. I finally had to get rid of that car because it was, in my judgement, unsafe to drive. Imagine that - a 240 Volvo that could be deemed "unsafe." Well, I guess any car could be called such if you could see the road whizzing beneath your feet at 70 mph, right??? LOL.
