Cruise No More 200 1990

Ok so I’ve been running into a problem with my cruise control recently that culminated in complete loss of function.

My cruise control was working fine for a while, and then I started to notice that when it was hot out and at about 60-65 I would start loosing speed. Now, if I hit the gas the cruise would recover and hold it there for a while again, then it would start to slow down again. Now as I said this was a problem only when it was hot out 90+. Now this morning I went to use it and now it has completely failed. It cruises no more....

Any ideas on what I could to do and what am I looking at replacing for parts/labor/cost?

Thanks in advance

Tom
