Leaking Coolant means Bad Head Gasket? 700

My 91 740 auto non turbo, recently start to leak coolant after I park the car there.
I don't know if it leaks when I am driving, but it will leak a few drops after I stop the car. I noticed the coolant is coming from the splash pan, right around the middle toward right.
5 months ago, I changed the water pump, and since then the car has minor leaks around the extension tank cap, (it only leaks after I switch the car off)
but it never comes from the splash pan before. and it never comes to ground before.I wonder is this a sign of bad head gasket. and I also wonder what is the fair cost to replace the head gasket if it is the problem.

Thanks
