740 wagon rear brakes 700

Hi everyone! Question: I have a clacking sound from the right rear brake after 5 minutes or so of driving. Upon inspection I find normal looking rotor and plenty of pad thickness. The (2) pins which hold the spring and pads in place seem to be somewhat loose in the outer caliper holes. Can someone tell me if this is a pin problem or a caliper hole being worn too large problem. The pins have slight pitting/wear but not really a whole lot. Please help, it seems like its a little louder everyday.
