replacing diff pinion seal w/IRS--can't find part! 700

I have a 1988 760t with IRS so there's no axle...

diff is leaking by driveshaft input...

All the pinion seals that I can find online are for the axle form...is it the same seal for IRS? Ipd's site makes me believe it isn't... Any info on where to buy it would be great...

Also, should I get the bearing/bushing out of there too, to replace it (and likewise, where do I order that)? Anybody done this on IRS, can I take the end of the housing off like on the tailshaft of the A/T, or do I hafta drop the diff out?(please say no!)

If I don't hafta drop the diff out, I was also wondering about filling the thing...SAE 90 weight gear oil right? I was thinking of using some rubber tubing and using lungpower to force it out of the bottle and up a tube into the fill hole...won't get the bottom of the bottle that way though.

And anything else I didn't think of, if it comes to mind, please share

Thanks
-matt
