Timing belt, oil seals and tensioner 700

I'm just about to change the cambelt on my 89 745 (B230) at 185k miles. The three oil seals are original and no significant oil leaks are evident. Should I change them anyway as I always think you can make matters worse e.g. by fitting a new seal on an existing wear ring. Also, should I change the belt tensioner, even if it feels smooth (it's original)? If so, would you only use a genuine part? Brits, like me, have a tendency to leave well alone if a thing still works but your opinions are much appreciated. Regards.
