UPPER front spring seats, strut cartridge nut - availability? 200 1985

Is there anywhere online I can order new front upper spring seats? I've almost collected all of the parts for my broken front struts but am missing this critical piece - mine are pretty badly rusted. So far I have new lower spring seats (to be welded), strut cartridges (Boge), strut spacers, bump stops, boots, and the upper bearing/mounts. FCPGroton has everything for the front struts _BUT_ the upper spring seats. I'd like to avoid the dealer if possible as they charge and arm-and-a-leg and take forever to get parts to me.

Also, I bought Boge front strut inserts - do they come with the nut that holds the strut cartridge in? The one currently in there looks awfully rusted in place.
