any one have a template for drilling the hole for female connectors/seatbelts/3rd seat? 200

I understand the other holes are there,but the one that is for the clip that actually locks the 3rd seat in place and gives the seat belts something solid,like the car body,..that hole needs to be drilled. my question is,exactly where? i know it goes inthat little indentation but i want it to work correctly and be safe for the precious cargo that will ride back there.? blessings,kris
