'round 84 or so there was a TSB adding sleeves to the pins to make them a tighter fit. Never did understand that gibberish about one-use connector - like they had barbs in them or something?

Why don't you be a Field Reporter for the Brickboard, brave the Volvo dealer's parts counter and bring us back a report (and maybe you some pin sleeves too).
