Roof Headlining 700 1989

I totally agree with Lawrence. I messed around with my headliner for years before I finally bought the IPD kit and repaired it myself. They have the instructions posted online at:

http://www.ipdusa.com/pdf/PI-240headliner700.pdf

If you buy the material locally, you have to be careful to get the right thickness. Almost all headliner material is too thick for a Volvo with a sunroof. You must use the 1/8 in material vs the 1/4 in material found everywhere else.

I ended up going with the IPD kit because I couldn't find the fabric anywhere else. I am very pleased with the end result and wish I would have done this when the problem first arose.
