Unstable Idle on 1995 960

Engine Code 213 for the trans is "Throttle Position Signal Fault At Full Load". That should be easy enough to check with a voltmeter. Max voltage at the TPS should be 5 volts.

Engine Code 411 is a "TPS Sensor Signal Exceeded Voltage Limits". This is consistent with Code 213.

Engine code 232 has to do with the "Long Term Fuel Trim, Idling, At Upper Limit". Sounds like the ECM has fattened the fuel mix, and already has to it's max. level, which means you may have a vacuum leak (since you've already replaced the o2 sensor) OR it could just be a result of the bad TPS signal.

Recommendation : Test the voltage at the TPS, if it's out of spec, replace TPS and clear all engine codes.

If after replacing the TPS, you are still getting the Code 232,I would also check for vacuum leaks as well.

Hope this helps.
